Compliance enforced by the chain, not by the app.

EmpoorioChain implements permissioned assets, holder eligibility and sanctions screening as runtime pallets, so a rule attached to an asset holds whichever application moves it. The network is a two-validator public testnet; audits, a registered foundation and a mainnet are open items on a written gate. This page describes what exists, at its real stage.

THE PALLETS IN THE LIVE RUNTIME

What the runtime provides

TOOL SPOTLIGHT

Compliance as a property of the asset

pallet-compliance, pallet-sanctions and pallet-identity-ssi enforce who may hold a regulated asset on every transfer — from a wallet, the DEX, a Solidity contract or a raw extrinsic. pallet-emp-rwa provides partitions and issuer controls; pallet-tokenized-fund provides NAV accounting. The identity input, KryptoOS, registered its first did:emp on 14 September 2026.

Permissioned Assets on a Public Chain

Rules on the asset, not a private network. Holder eligibility enforced by the runtime.

Real-World Asset Tokenization

pallet-emp-rwa, pallet-tokenized-fund and DUSD settlement — wired, no asset issued.

Deterministic Finality

GRANDPA: finalized means final. Credit deposits at finality, ~17 s after inclusion on the testnet.

Native Assets

Fungible and non-fungible assets as runtime state with 18 decimals — no contract, no ABI.

No institution uses this yet, and the page says so

What an institution would evaluate — with each item's real status:

The mainnet gate

Six gates, none negotiable: external audits (none commissioned), ten validators in two geographies (two, one), measured throughput, published SDKs, a registered legal entity, initial liquidity. About four of thirty items are done. Read it before evaluating anything else.

The mainnet gate

The exchange-integration guide

18 decimals — not 6, a factor of a trillion — SS58 prefix 2026, chain id 2026, the extrinsic envelope with two custom signed extensions, and deposits credited at GRANDPA finality. Verified against the live chain.

What a regulated asset manager would need

Travel-rule parameters (unconfigured), a legal entity (unregistered), audits (uncommissioned), a finality SLA (impossible on two validators), an explorer that decodes correctly (being repaired). The checklist, item by item.

What a regulated asset manager would need

A native Layer 1, measured.

140 pallets, 6-second blocks, GRANDPA finality at ~17 s p50, 0.000025 DMS per transfer — on a testnet with two validators.

Measured

6-second blocks; inclusion p50 3.5 s; GRANDPA finality p50 17 s; 700 of 700 transactions finalized in the May 2026 benchmark. Not a mainnet claim.

Measured

Low-Cost

Fees by weight: a transfer costs about 0.000025 DMS on the testnet snapshot; 80 % of every fee is burned, 20 % funds the treasury.

Low-Cost

Honest

Two validators, one data centre, zero fault tolerance, no mainnet — stated on every page where it applies, because the alternative was pages that stated things that were not true.
