Conviction voting rewards long-term alignment: the longer you lock DMS, the higher your multiplier — from 0.1× for short locks up to 6× for maximum commitment. Quadratic voting then ensures that broad community participation outweighs passive whales. The result: governance power flows to participants who are both deeply invested and broadly representative — not just the richest wallets.
The Empoorio ecosystem treasury is secured by a multi-signature smart contract requiring approval from multiple elected guardians before any fund movement. Time-locks on all treasury actions provide an additional security window during which the community can review and challenge pending transactions. Monthly allocation cycles, transparent on-chain accounting, and automated grant distribution ensure that treasury funds flow where the community directs — with no single point of control.
Every governance action follows a deterministic lifecycle: draft → discussion window → on-chain proposal → voting + quorum validation → automated execution → audit trail.
