AgerantoOS Privacy Policy

AgerantoOS will never sell, lease, disclose, or trade health, biometric, physical, or medical information to insurance companies, advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party:

• Zero advertising & tracking: AgerantoOS does not embed ad networks, behavioral trackers, or attention-monetization SDKs.
• Zero health data monetization: Biometric signals and health metrics are never leveraged for ad targeting or financial/insurance risk profiling.
• Cryptographic and local sovereignty: Data storage and processing reside locally on the user device under user cryptographic keys and full user control.

AgerantoOS integrates transparently with Android Health Connect and hardware sensors solely to gather data explicitly authorized by the user:

• Physical activity & exercise (steps, distance, active & basal calories, elevation gain, floors climbed, workouts): Used to track physiological workload and calculate recovery requirements.
• Body measurements & composition (weight, lean body mass, body fat): Employed to monitor body composition trends and bioenergetic state.
• Nutrition & hydration: Logging caloric balance, macronutrient intake, and hydration volume to optimize cellular and metabolic health.
• Sleep & circadian rest: Sleep stages, duration, and efficiency to evaluate cellular restoration and nervous system recovery.
• Vital signs (resting heart rate, heart rate variability HRV, oxygen saturation SpO2, respiratory rate): Used to determine autonomic tone and physiological stress via wellness algorithms.
• On-device biometrics (camera rPPG, microphone voice stability): Evaluated on-device in volatile memory to calculate vitality markers without transmitting raw frames or audio to external servers.

AgerantoOS is a digital tool for physical wellness, athletic training, longevity research, and decentralized science (DeSci). AgerantoOS is NOT a medical device nor regulated medical software (SaMD), and does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any medical disease or clinical condition. Metric estimations are for educational and fitness purposes only and never substitute professional medical consultation or prescription.

AgerantoOS strictly adheres to the Google Play Health Apps and User Data Policy requirements:

• Explicit & granular consent: The application requests distinct authorizations for each Health Connect permission and hardware sensor (BODY_SENSORS, ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION). The user can grant or revoke any permission at any time.
• Principio de mínimo privilegio: Data access is strictly limited to what is required to deliver the core health and wellness tracking features.
• Prohibition of secondary use: Health data obtained via Health Connect is never transferred or utilized for secondary purposes outside user-requested functionality.

All health records and biometric logs are stored in the local, encrypted database of the device within the isolated Android application sandbox. Optional decentralized DeSci backups initiated by the user employ end-to-end post-quantum cryptographic security over TLS 1.3.

Users maintain complete and perpetual sovereignty over their personal and wellness data:

• Right of access & export: You can view and export your entire biometric history in open standard formats at any time.
• Right to erasure: You can selectively or permanently wipe any health log or your entire profile directly from within app settings.
• Permission revocation: You can immediately revoke access to Health Connect or device sensors through standard Android OS system settings.

AgerantoOS is intended for adults engaged in physical conditioning, physiological optimization, and longevity tracking. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. Any inadvertently recorded child data will be promptly purged upon identification.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect advancements in scientific modules, updates in regulatory frameworks, or evolving Google Play policies. Any changes will be published on this official webpage with an updated revision date.
