The design
| Bond concept | Pallet |
|---|---|
| The instrument, with partitions (tranches, series) | pallet-emp-rwa (ERC-1400-style) |
| Who may hold | pallet-compliance + pallet-identity-ssi — a KryptoOS credential (accredited, resident) required on every transfer |
| Screening | pallet-sanctions |
| Coupons | pallet-subscription — recurring payment from issuer to holders, in DUSD |
| Redemption | Issuer burns the instrument against a DUSD payment at maturity |
| Prospectus and disclosures | pallet-blob-storage — committed on chain, availability verified |
| Issuer identity | A did:emp for the issuer |
Eoonia's Creator Studio documents this as the Debt & Bonds Studio, mapped to EmpRwa.
What the chain enforces
That no transfer settles to an ineligible holder, from any app. That coupons execute when due without a keeper. That every event is public. That the prospectus referenced is the one committed.
What the chain does not provide
The issuer, the legal instrument, the licence, the fiat leg (DUSD has no reserve), the credit. A sovereign or corporate bond is a promise by a real entity, and the chain records promises without making them.
Status
Pallets in runtime 220. Studio documented. No bond issued; no coupon paid; no credentialed issuer; one DID on the chain. The page this replaces described a tokenized government bond issued on another chain in another country. Nothing comparable exists here, and this page will not imply it.
For an issuer evaluating
The exchange-integration guide covers finality and account model; the compliance post covers the transfer check; the grants programme's identity/compliance category is where a pilot would go. The first coupon paid by pallet-subscription on a testnet bond with test DUSD will be reported here — and it will still be a rehearsal.
