PhoonoS
In one line: the music and podcast player measured its economics before promising anything, and is blocked on store assets, not code.
- Done: full-stack player; five rounds of compression measurement (per-title, AV1 as a third ladder, fMP4); real cost $0.12/GiB found (the assumed $0.09 was no real tier); payout model rebuilt from revenue to margin — from −$0.0495 to +$0.018 per GiB.
- Engineering notes it produced: measure in the production container (4× difference from a codec library version); sample as production samples (5 dB); do not buy cores for low-res encodes (x265 +6 % from 4×).
- App:
com.phoonos.phoonos, internal testing (v3 to testers); signed AAB verified. - Blockers to a wider release: a privacy policy; real screenshots (the store assets were still from the template).
- Chain:
pallet-music-nftwith batch and lazy minting (fees measured); not connected to the app.
Together
