These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including the EmpoorioWallet, EmpoorioChain, our 18 interconnected apps (e.g., MooSik, GnoosiS, Nooia, ooAds, Ailoos), the SuperAI hub, and token-based interactions like DracmaS. By engaging with any part of our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new services or regulatory changes. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use indicates acceptance.
All logos, names, app designs, AI models, codebase, and branding across Empoorio’s ecosystem are the intellectual property of Empoorio or its licensors. Use or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
Our ecosystem operates under community-first values: respect, privacy, and security. We expect users to treat each other and dApps with integrity. Spam, hate speech, scams, and disruption of dApp functionality are violations and subject to removal.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Empoorio.org is not liable for losses arising from platform use, including smart contract failures, token volatility, or interaction with third-party dApps. Our dApps, AI tools, and blockchain features are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Interactions with technologies like SuperAI, Ailoos (browser extension), or DracmaS tokens carry inherent risks (e.g., bugs, volatility, compliance). Use responsibly and at your own discretion. Staking, governance, or token economy adjustments may change unpredictably—refer to our documentation and announcements frequently.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any account or service if it violates these Terms or poses a risk to the ecosystem. You may terminate your use at any time, but certain obligations will survive termination (e.g., ongoing liabilities).
These Terms are governed by Spanish regulations and applicable EU laws. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by law.
