By downloading, installing or using Ennooia you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of them, you must not use the app or the services.

The content you create or enter in your workspaces is entirely yours: Empoorio claims no ownership over your notes or documents. The Ennooia brand, logo, software, source code and visual design are the intellectual property of Empoorio and its licensors, distributed under the licences stated in the software itself.
The software and services are provided "as is" and "as available". Empoorio makes every effort to ensure availability, integrity and performance, but does not guarantee they are free from errors or interruptions, and recommends that users keep regular backups of their local data. To the extent permitted by law, Empoorio is not liable for indirect damages or for data loss arising from use of the service.
Empoorio reserves the right to update these terms to reflect improvements to the app or changes in legislation. Any material change will be announced through the app or our official website, and continued use of Ennooia after the announcement constitutes acceptance.
